Steve,
I wrote a note to Tammy Fox at Red Hat a few days ago asking her about
their plans to produce a docs CD for FC2:

Her reply:
It depends on how many docs are produced by the docs subproject between
now and the release. The production of docs as picked up since I sent
out a reminder and status last week, so we will see. I doubt we'll have
enough to fill a CD, but maybe we can at least release some RPMS or an
ISO for people if they need it to access the docs offline.

I'm looking forward to seeing books on SELinux and NPTL, possibly from
O'Reilly or Bruce Perens (remember the new Samba 3 book?).
