I'd suggest installing the rpm from here:

(Note the urpmi instructions.) Specifically, at the moment you'd want
http://ruslug.rutgers.edu/macromedia/urpmi/mandrake/9.2/RPMS/flash-plugin-6.0.79-2.i386.rpm

I'm quite fond of Konqueror. I tend to use it for most of my
browsing. (There are a couple of things that Mozilla does better
though, so I do switch back and forth quite a bit.) Other than that,
there's Opera (non-free-as-in-freedom-but-free-as-in-beer), and the
1e666 Mozilla derivatives. A lot of people like
Phoenix^WFirebird^WFirefox (http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/),
and in the tiny bit of testing I did with it, it seemed decent enough.
If you use GNOME, galeon/epiphany might be to your liking.
