Actually, I made a mistake, the default P/S is a 300W, which is 
sufficient.  I wouldn't run a large RAID off it, but that big of a RAID 
wouldn't fit in this case anyhow... An upgrade would be reasonable, 400W 
wouldn't be more than $30.

So, yes on USB (including front panel USB), no on firewire, yes on sound.  
For a board with a 10/100/1000 integrated LAN, and integrated firewire, 
you could try the Soyo board, but that's an additional $100, and the 
firewire would only be in the back.
