Don't waste money on IDSL.  Get an ISDN line and pay somebody (like
apci.net) for dual-channel ISDN dial-up.  It's just as fast, and it
will cost at least $50 less than that per month for the line+service.

At least with plain old ISDN you can do fun stuff with your phones.
