LPI Opens New Development Topics

Hey Guys,

We've opened up two new topics for development of possible certification 
exams.  These are the first two topics as contenders for Level 3 LPI 
exams.  They are Security and Samba.  

We're working hard to open up content development to the public, and the 
first step has been collecting tasks for the subjects through our 
development site.
