At least it's not been pulled like the Kernel How-to :)  (I did get a 
response.  I don't completely agree with the reasons, but then again I 
don't run TLDP).

It's amazing what google will turn up sometimes (which I know is cliche).  
My point being that I'll usually end up seeing enough pointers to put 2 
and 2 together to get 5.
