Re: Odd behavior when using kvm switch



Your right I'm also using belkin 4 port with debian libranet.  This one
is not use and my mouse is usb.  I have used a usb to ps2 adapter as
well which may be the problem.

I did find that if you go to ctrl alt F2 to a console and back it will
clear up. Go figure why that works?

David and Mike,

It may be about time to ask Santa for a new KVM switch, preferably one
made by someone other than Belkin. It's my understanding that they
provide little or no intelligent port support other than the basic
mechanical/electrical connection. I'm getting excellent service from an
IOGear quad USB-type.
