Semi-OT: Going away for a couple of weeks

I just want everyone to be aware that Kara and I are going to be gone
starting Friday (9/12) through a week from Sunday (9/21).  Don't
expect us to be very responsive for the rest of this week, or for a
day or two after we get back.

Bob Castleberry will be keeping an eye on things as much as he has
time to while we're gone.  In the unlikely event that something bad
happens (mailing lists stop working, web site goes down, whatever),
try to use our web-based problem ticket front-end:

    http://www.kspei.com/support/

If that doesn't work, try calling the number below.  Somebody should
be answering the phone or checking messages.

This also means that I definitely won't be at the Carbondale SILUG
meeting next Monday (9/15), and the LUCI meeting in a couple of weeks
(9/23) is questionable.  I'll try to at least get reminders for both
mailed out though.
