Many people have already switched to alternative repositories, including
the GNU (and non-GNU) savannah repository (http://savannah.gnu.org and
http://savannah.nongnu.org).

While I don't have a huge problem with sourceforge, I have noticed a
variety of outages as of late. And plus, I like savannah much better.
