It doesn't say that anywhere in those articles. An individual license
for the kernel is costing $199 for noncommercial use.
The website from SCO states that the end-user is held harmless through
any future violations of copyright, provided that they buy the one-time
binary run license.
But oh well, I'm not paying, nor will I ever be under obligation. ;)
