Supposedly it is.  Is there some way I can test this, myself?

My server is located on one of many subnets.  It can be
accessed from some of them, but not others.  I was at
one of the other subnets accessing my web page while
at the same time I was on the phone with someone on
yet another subnet who scanned my ports and said that
80 was closed.  He said that there was evidence of
file sharing.  All that I intentionally left open was
http, ssh, and smtp.  He said that 22 was closed.  I am
not aware of any case where the web page has been accessed
outside of the organization (except when I ssh'd there
and lynx'd back).

I'm going through and methodically hardening my machine.
Meanwhile, if anybody has further comments...
