Maybe this is a bit too simplistic, but ...

Could you edit the "/etc/mail/access file" and put the name of the place
that's sending you the offending emails in, and have them rejected?

You can see who's sending you the emails by examining the
"/var/log/maillog" file.

For example, if it's "fred.com" that's sending these emails, just add:

fred.com   REJECT

to the "access" file.  Remember to run the "make" command in that same
"/etc/mail" directory so that the "access.db" file will be rebuilt.

Then, restart sendmail with "service sendmail restart".
