I do have something against Dell (like the fact they use proprietary parts 
that you can't work on...) but we are being set up as a white box 
distributor for some of our clients, so we offer at that pricing too.

That said, we've been talking to them about the desire to offer white box 
OS-less machines, so the whole Windoze refund deal might not be a problem 
(someday).
