Yes.

If performance is a concern at all, consider buying an add-on IDE
controller.  It's best if you only have one drive per channel.

(It just so happens that we have some older Promise ATA/33 PCI cards
for sale, BTW.  We'll probably also have some PCI ATA/100 cards later
this week.)
