Well, for 128k boards that someone would already have, you can't get 
faster than a 1Ghz, so once you figure you're including shipping, it's a 
good deal.  A p4 MB isn't that cheap though ;-)  Besides, who would want a 
P4?

Anyhow, it's primarily good for someone who already has a 128k family MB. 
(And to redeem myself for falling through my end of the deal :-(  )
