Hell, why don't I just write a list manager up in Perl while I'm at it, hmm?  I
probably could figure out how in the next week or two.  It might not be the
fastest of them all, but it should get the job done sensibly without being a
PITA to anyone.

BTW, Mailman is probably the worst list manager ever.  Just... flat out.
