Sorry I didn't know hoot was a variable, in that case I've most
certainly heard sendmail called that, many many times, a few other
substitutions could be:
Set hoot="the bug of the month club"
Set hoot="masochistic"
Set hoot="difficult by default"
Set hoot="painless^H^H^H^Hful"
Set hoot="vile"

Sorry must now shamelessly plug a much better mail software:  use
postfix, it is your friend (and it comes with a human readable config
file)
