Hmm...  This is new (to me, anyway).

Apparently it's a bero thing.

Here's the README:

    This is the rescue CD (aka Sysadmin Survival CD) for
    Red Hat Linux.

    Please send patches and bug-reports to
    <rescue-cd-list@redhat.de>.

    Since the ISO image is supposed to fit on a credit-
    card sized CD, please understand that we cannot add
    many more applications.
