Anyone know of an easy-to-use Perl INI file parser?

I want to edit my ~/.kde/share/config/kmailrc file and rotate various 
X-headers. (e.g. X-Fortune, with that day's fortune).

Anyone already doing this? I'm feeling lazy, otherwise I'd STFW.
