sources.list changes

I've made a change to the apt (rpm) repository on the ftp server.

Where before you would need something like this in your sources.list:

    rpm http://ftp.silug.org/pub/apt redhat/7.3/en/i386/redhat os updates-os

now you just need this:

    rpm http://ftp.silug.org/pub/apt redhat/7.3/en/i386 os updates-os

That trailing "/redhat" was just redundant.

Before anyone who is currently using the server panics, this does not
require any changes to existing configurations.  They will continue to
work as-is.  (Or, at least, that's the plan.  :-)
