Printer margins problem

I'm running RH 7.2 and used the KDE printer configuration tool to add my Okidata
OL-400e printer.  (It works just the same as an HP IIP).

My problem:  The top margin is too small.  When I use the "lpr" command, the
first line or two doesn't get printed.  That also was a problem when I used the
"test" operation of the KDE printer configuration tool.

Thoughts?
