I'm sure once Steven's sat down to his mail, he'll have a better answer 
for you, but if you have /home on a separate filesystem, then the upgrade 
definitely won't touch it. If your system is all on a single filesystem, 
then you might have some problems. MySQL should be upgraded as well with 
7.2, because RH includes it.
