Re: Performance tuning MySQL
I run snort logging to mysql in realtime with no problems. I also run a
PHP interface to do analysis. the load on the machine isn't bad unless
its receiving hundreds of attacks (IE. Nimda) its a K6-2 400 with about
10 users. load hardly jumps to 2 with lots of attacks... all the screened
copies of epic and eggdrops use more mem/cpu.
