The 4.17.230.0-.7 and .32-.63 is owned by Finnermans Farm & Garden.

I am guessing that you used to have your DNS hosted by SIU, or had some
secondary DNS set up there when you had that address. In any case, I am
betting that SIU has a static DNS file for bish.net somewhere, and you'll
have to have the admin nuke the entry.
