I'm having trouble configuring Redhat 7.1, KDE, and VNC.

I execute VNCVIEWER and I get is a shell prompt instead of the KDE desktop. I've searched the web for some suggested configurations of my xstartup file without success. My xstartup file looks like this:

#!/bin/sh

xrdb $HOME/.Xresources
xsetroot -solid grey
xterm -geometry 80x24+10+10 -ls -title "$VNCDESKTOP Desktop" &
twm &

What should I change to have my KDE desktop display?
