In case anyone didn't catch the story, this is part of the same
advertising campaign that got Big Blue into a bit of trouble in SF and
Chicago.  Apparently they hired people to do graffiti of those symbols
in those towns and others.  (They paid to have it cleaned up when they
were caught.)

I have a postcard from Miami (IIRC) that a coworker picked up a few
weeks ago that's part of the same ad campaign...  It's kinda cool.  :-)
