They've been confusing a lot of people, by substituting SPAM for their
typical invoices lately, not even mentioning the domain when they send the
notice.

I actually still get paper notices in addition to my email notices within
a month or so of its expiration.

Your billing contact should be emailed with a notice. ARIN isn't
responding atm, so I'm not sure who your billing contact is.

However, a -lot- of lists I'm on have recently started complaining about
NSI's domain notice practices.
