Re: Me again



if I'm not mistaken ifconfig is only a temporary fix it doesn't save any of
the settings on the hard disk, you actually have to put the values into a
file in etc, /etc/rc.config (at least that's what yast does on a suse
system), although I would think there would be a utility for doing that on
any modern distro.
