Is this a little view of the network?

<internal> -- <redhat> -- <nt> -- <internet>

and you are passing packets from internal to the nt but not onto the
internet?  also, what is the ip of your internet interface?

i would recommand using the nt bootloader to keep this going or to use
midnight commander.

dd if=/dev/<what ever slice root is on> of=/bootsect.lnx bs=512 count=1

take this file and put it into C:\ now you are going to need to add linux
into the boot.ini file.  make the line something like this

C:\BOOTSECT.LNX "RedHat linux"

There might be more in there for options.  JUst make it look approx. like
the first line in there.  once oyu have that done, you should be ready to
go.
