Ok I'm going to assume that you boot into runlevel 3 by default, but if
not, replace 3 with the runlevel that you do boot into.

Two ways of doing this *must be root*:
	The Quick and Dirty
	
		cd /etc/rc.d/rc3.d
		rm S*mars-nwe

	The RedHat way
	
		startx
		(in a Xterm) tksysv &
