Come join our Celebration Tonight as "The Linux(r) Show!!(tm) is
joined by 4 giants as we discuss RFC-1 the birth of Unix Messaging and
the ARPA Network, the evolution of the Internet, and the culture that
has surrounded the early Open Standards & Internet communities and how
that impacts today on the Linux world.

Our Guests will Include:
Peter Salus
Peter is the Author of numerous books including "A Quarter Century of
UNIX," one of the "Must Read" selections for any Unix devotee. Peter
is considered by many as the historian of the early Unix community.

Steve Crocker
Steve is one of the original 4 who gathered together during the summer
of 1968 to come up with the concept of the ARPA Net. Steve also wrote
the original "Request For Comments" (RFC-1) that laid out the
specifications for Unix messaging and the ARPA Network.

Vint Cerf
Widely known as a "Father of the Internet," Cerf is the co-designer of
the TCP/IP protocol, that aided the birth to the Internet and which is
commonly used today. In December 1997, President Clinton presented the
U.S. National Medal of Technology to Cerf and his partner, Robert E.
Kahn, for their work in founding and developing the Internet. The
