Re: (off topic) used parts?

ya know...I started looking thru my "spare parts" box,
and found a 64mb 72pin simm that I had forgotten about.
The reason I had forgotten this little, once precious gem, a
lead connecting one of the chips to the board, has been
burned in two. This simm was never used, and it is quite
obvious that the lead was damaged during assembly. I
couldn't return this simm to the manufacturer, because I got
it free from them, and they are now out of business. Any one
know of a place that might repair this simm?

btw...I have two trident video cards, one is a TGUI9440-1 expanded to 2mb I
believe
and a TVGA9000B, which is also 2mb I think...wouldn't be too hard
to do a search on the model numbers and find out. I'm just lazy right now.
