Take it to WITS, http://www.witsinc.org/. They do charge for monitors, so take the monitors to any e-cycler in IL and by law they have to take them for free recycling.FYI, if you live in closer to O'Fallon than to STL, you can bring the stuff to my house; I drive right by WITS everyday. Note that if you bring it to me to take to them, you will not get a tax receipt as I usually drop stuff off to them afterhours...
