hauppauge 1600 what does this mean?

Still trying to get the Hauppauge 1600 remote to work. I little further
searching it should work out of the box with the ir_kbd_i2c (driver,
firmware)? It is an ir that works off the card came with remote. This is
the output then I had a kernel crash any suggestions?
