Tim,

Interesting. The two URL strings you quoted appear to be exactly alike
in my Evolution browser. Same length, same characters, same order, ...

However, when I right click on the URL, select "Copy Link", and paste it
into a blank vi session, the "amp;" characters you describe magically
appear.

So.... Time for me to file a Bugzilla with Red Hat. Thanks for helping
me find this.
