The problem is that you resized the filesystem, but not the partition.
(Resizing is a 2-step operation, and you only did one step.)

If you use qtparted to resize the partition, it will resize the
filesystem to match.  Just make sure you have booted Windows (so it
runs chkdsk) and shut it down cleanly before you resize again.
