If you add the freshrpms yum repository[http://freshrpms.net], you can
install gstreamer-plugins-extra-dvd . 
That will allow you to play DVDs with Totem( or any other gstreamer
based multimedia application ), which I prefer. 
Livna may have this as well, but I am not sure. ( the package probably
has a different name ) 
I like Totem though, because it is the video/audio player that ships
with GNOME.
