nice notebook for Linux



We just sold an Acer Aspire 1710 notebook to a client.  Just for fun,
I booted up Knoppix on it to take a look at the hardware.  It actually
looks like it might not be a bad notebook, if you don't mind lugging
around a beast with a 17" LCD.  :-)

If any of you are interested, lspci lists the following:

All I need to do is figure out if you can get this thing without
Windows...
