XFS problem.....

can someone help me out... i have a PC with XFS FS... running on RH7.2 

when i tried to boot the system it somehow gets in to a boot cycle... hehehe 
as in it boot over and over again.... i tried to boot from CD and do a rescue 
but everytime i mount the "/" partition it reboots... 

i got this PC with only 3 partitions "/boot", swap and "/"
