Right.  Either way it is just rude.  If a site has bandwidth caps, it
is to be as fair as possible to everyone.

As it is, all it does here is suck memory and CPU, plus cause
unnecessary disk seeks.  Oh, and annoy me to no end.

Don't worry about how much you pull from here.  I set the firewall to
limit throughput just a little so that all the other services (mail,
other web sites, etc.) don't have to compete for bandwidth quite so
much.  So take what you can get of what's left...

It looks like there are currently 7 ISO downloads going...  If it goes
much higher, I'll probably look at limiting the number of simultaneous
downloads so that everyone can finish sometime this week.
