rpm auto get dependencies?

is there any way to make rpm automatically download and install
dependancies?

im trying to install the vsftpd rpm from the rh7.3 skipjack beta onto redhat
7.1

it needs libcap.so.1

no telling what packages that particular package needs, so can i just have
it autoget and install all the packages it might need? i dont see such an
option in the man pages (i might be overlooking it or i might not know
exactly what im looking at when i find it)

i know that the freebsd ports collection will automatically download and
install dependancies for you, i thought that rpm was capable of it as well,
but i cant seem to find it.
