dialup in the area

Anyone have a suggestion for dialup in the area?  It looks like my free
ride's POP plan no longer has the Collinsville POP.  Thus, I'm stuck on a
WinME system via accesus.net which gets no better than 28.8 (I'd like to
figure that out fwiw).  

That said, I've got a iBook running OSX, so some place that does not get
crazy with their PPP.  I'm in Swansea, so anything local to there.

Oh yeah, anyone with a good route to sprint or to @home is preferable.

My wife's mom has had apci for the longest time... they appear to be about
12 hops away, but are routed via cable and routeless (cable and wireless).  

I'm going to give accessus a try tomorrow (when I can get the passwd), but
I don't forsee getting anything better than 28.8 from my ibook.  Likewise,
the hop count / latency is a little too much for my liking.

anyone else have any suggestions?

The one time I go to use my friends hookup (he runs an ISP in
Nashville) and I find out I get no clicky clicky.
